Traci
Totino, PhD |
Founder &
President
Traci has over twelve years of management and public speaking experience. Her early career started as an adjunct professor. She has presented to, trained and developed all levels of corporate employees in both English and Spanish. Traci specializes in designing customized seminars for companies, organizations and individuals. Her expertise also includes grant writing as she has successfully secured grants from state and federal agencies and private foundations. She has authored several articles and has been the featured speaker at many events. She recently coauthored a book with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield – “Speaking of Success”. Traci is working on her second Doctorate degree in Education with data collection from corporate clients providing benchmarks and quantitative results from their collective training programs. |

Ray Totino,

Vice

As one of
the initial principal investors in TNT Educational
Services, Ray Totino took on a more active role in
January 2006 -- becoming Vice President of Operations.
He has nearly 40 years of business experience in a wide
variety of enterprises across a range of industries. Ray
brings his vast knowledge, expertise and experience to
the senior management team. His well-seasoned
perspective perfectly complements TNT's needs as a
rapidly growing educational company with a unique
corporate culture. |

Lori Tarke |
National
Director of Training
Lori is
involved in the research and development of a variety of
TNT's course offerings. She is a published author
and national platform speaker; specializing in
management training, various human resource courses and
technical education. With ten years of lecturing
experience, and being fluent in both the English and
Spanish languages, she has been requested in a
multitude of arenas. Her venues have ranged from
small to large businesses, private and public companies,
non-profit organizations and educational institutions. |

Pat Romero,

Pat
Romero has spent the past thirty years of her life's
work focused on client service. She has moderated and
presented for many trade-schools, associations,
corporate clients and universities. Pat has also been
active as a fundraiser and director for numerous
charitable organizations. Her repertoire of clients
include; Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Coca Cola and the
National Restaurant Association. She has earned a BA and
MA from the School of International Hotel, Restaurant
and Tourism at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Romero
is a CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator), and a

David Foster, PhD |
Grant Writing Expert
Dr. Foster has an MSW and PhD in Social Policy and Planning from Case Western Reserve University. He has over 20 years experience in nonprofit agency work and community development. Additionally, David has over 10 years working in higher education in teaching, research and administration. David has extensive experience by working with a consulting practice in strategic planning and applied research. He has wide-ranging experience in writing grant proposals and applications. David is currently working out of our office in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for the eastern territory from Maine to Florida.

John F. Kershaw is an education consultant, instructional designer and president of Criterion Technical Education Consultants, Inc (C-Tec). C-Tec develops e-learning and instructor led curricula. Dr. Kershaw was formerly the Director of Training for NJ, PA, DE, MD, and VA at General Motors. He was the Curriculum Architect for the Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) and Corinthian Colleges, Inc (CCi).
