Traci Totino, PhD

Founder & President

Traci has over twelve years of management and public speaking experience. Her early career started as an adjunct professor.  She has presented to, trained and developed all levels of corporate employees in both English and Spanish. Traci specializes in designing customized seminars for companies, organizations and individuals. Her expertise also includes grant writing as she has successfully secured grants from state and federal agencies and private foundations.  She has authored several articles and has been the featured speaker at many events.  She recently coauthored a book with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield – “Speaking of Success”.   Traci is working on her second Doctorate degree in Education with data collection from corporate clients providing benchmarks and quantitative results from their collective training programs.  


 

Ray Totino, Jr.

Vice President of Operations

 As one of the initial principal investors in TNT Educational Services, Ray Totino took on a more active role in January 2006 -- becoming Vice President of Operations. He has nearly 40 years of business experience in a wide variety of enterprises across a range of industries. Ray brings his vast knowledge, expertise and experience to the senior management team. His well-seasoned perspective perfectly complements TNT's needs as a rapidly growing educational company with a unique corporate culture.


 

Lori Tarke

National Director of Training

Lori is involved in the research and development of a variety of TNT's course offerings.  She is a published author and national platform speaker; specializing in management training, various human resource courses and technical education.  With ten years of lecturing experience, and being fluent in both the English and Spanish languages,  she has been requested in a multitude of arenas.  Her venues have ranged from small to large businesses, private and public companies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions.


 

Pat Romero, MA

Hospitality Specialist

Pat Romero has spent the past thirty years of her life's work focused on client service. She has moderated and presented for many trade-schools, associations, corporate clients and universities. Pat has also been active as a fundraiser and director for numerous charitable organizations. Her repertoire of clients include; Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Coca Cola and the National Restaurant Association. She has earned a BA and MA from the School of International Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Romero is a CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator), and a certified proctor of ServSafe.


 

Paul F. Ragusa, MA Ed.

Human Services Specialist

Counseling and Education, Youth Development, Self-Esteem, Inter/Intra-personal Communication, Career Development and Cultural Diversity are among Paul’s areas of keen interest and proficiency.  He brings rich experience and expertise to TNT, having empowered children and adults to reach their fullest potential in various settings for more than fifteen years.  With a master’s degree in counseling and education, as well as being fluent in Spanish, Paul has been developing and leading successful programs for at-risk youth and families.  He excels in both group and individual training, coordinating services and advocacy efforts.


David Foster, PhD

Grant Writing Expert

Dr. Foster has an MSW and PhD in Social Policy and Planning from Case Western Reserve University.  He has over 20 years experience in nonprofit agency work and community development. Additionally, David has over 10 years working in higher education in teaching, research and administration.  David has extensive experience by working with a consulting practice in strategic planning and applied research. He has wide-ranging experience in writing grant proposals and applications. David is currently working out of our office in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for the eastern territory from Maine to Florida.


Tonya Kerry, Esq.

Motivational Speaker and Author

Tonya Kerry is an attorney who decided to pursue her passion for speaking.  After years in the legal arena, Tonya now empowers others to live their best lives.  In a humorous and heartfelt manner, Tonya shares practical tips for living.  Tonya coaches others to live better.  She has helped hundreds of people in corporations, colleges, and churches.  Tonya has committed her life to sharing with others to assist them in unlocking their creativity and enriching their relationships.  She is the author of Twelve Secrets to Living a Life You Love, and expects to publish  Love Power – How to Attract an Amazing Man in the fall of 2008.  She is also a former radio show host and a current member of the National Speakers Association.


 

Lucia Sherman

Language Specialist 

Lucy's expertise includes delivering various levels of 'English as a Second Language' and Corporate Spanish classes to include accent reduction, pronunciation, reading and writing skills.  She has serviced a variety of clients such as restaurants, healthcare facilities, manufacturers and financial institutions.  Lucy's 20 year professional history includes developing and facilitating courses tailored to front line staff and management in both English and Spanish.  She is responsible for TNT's quality monitoring for the "Goal of Service Excellence".


 

Maria DeLorenzis Reyes

Project Management Specialist

Maria has 20 years of experience in training and development, product management, project management and business process re-engineering. Throughout her career she has focused on training, presenting and developing training programs and tools both traditionally and web-based for corporate employees and clients in a broad range of industries. Maria has been a featured speaker at annual industry seminars and corporate events. Her experience includes product development, from concept to market delivery, client service, marketing, software implementation and process improvement. She holds a BA in Advertising and Marketing and has completed numerous courses in management, technology and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification training.


Mary Caputo

Sales

Mary has 25 years experience in the legal industry and is a certified ABA paralegal. Her career has focused on legal administration, business and management. Mary has expert communication skills and is a master in interpersonal relationships. Her vast experience dealing with professionals at all levels in many types of industries provides her with unparalleled business relationship expertise. With exceptional organizational skills, Mary focuses on sales for TNT and in a liaison role between the grant writer and clients.


 

Stevie Davidson

Healthcare and Business Consultant

Stevie Davidson has over 15 years of experience of information technology, business consulting, software implementation, project management, process improvement, and technology training for internal, national and international customers. Due to legislation, her primary focus is helping medical practices, hospital systems and other healthcare organizations with their selection and implementation of electronic health record and practice-management system solutions. Stevie’s company, Health Informatics Consulting, has a broad range of business and healthcare consulting services as well as providing in-depth training to clients in various industries.


 

John F. Kershaw, Ed.D

Education Consultant

John F. Kershaw is an education consultant, instructional designer and president of Criterion Technical Education Consultants, Inc (C-Tec). C-Tec develops e-learning and instructor led curricula. Dr. Kershaw was formerly the Director of Training for NJ, PA, DE, MD, and VA at General Motors. He was the Curriculum Architect for the Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) and Corinthian Colleges, Inc (CCi). He was formerly senior instructional program developer for GM and a former technical instructor. He holds numerous ASE Master Certifications, a member of Who's Who of Business Leaders, Member of Who's who in American Universities. Dr. Kershaw is a certified Dale Carnegie Coach, certified Technology Master Trainer, and has authored four books for Prentice-Hall. Dr. Kershaw holds doctorates in Education and Theology, an MBA, BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a BS in Technical Education.



 

James Cirigliano

Graphic Design Specialist

For twelve years, James has worked in the production field. His skills include Flash, Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe In Design, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Dreamweaver, Avid, Adobe AfterEffects, Fusion, Combustion, Lightwave 3D, Adobe Illustrator and any other custom design, layout and animation type programs. James is a dynamic and patient instructor; earning him the accolades of TNT's clients.


 

Bridget McCann, MCP

Creative Director

Bridget is responsible for web design, programming, copywriting and graphic design; this includes branding and advertising. Her role is to interpret a client's communications strategy and then develop proposed creative approaches and treatments that align with that strategy.  Bridget is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with extensive experience in SQL Server Administration, Dreamweaver, Front Page 2003, Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Oracle. Before joining TNT, Bridget worked with Lockheed Martin, Gateway and for the University of Southern Mississippi on a project for the Department of Homeland Security.


 

Chris Traynor, SPHR

Management Consultant & Business Builder

Earning a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, Adel brings years of talent to TNT's executive team.  She conducts language, communication and relationship-management seminars in both English and Spanish.  Additionally she excels in teaching staff, of all levels, how to effectively find solutions in their interpersonal relationships; this includes goal setting, communication techniques, customer service, sales, hospitality and etiquette.  Clients include Avon, Sony, MTV, ABC, Disney, and PepsiCo.  With a passion for acting, Adel captivates her audiences with her charismatic style.


 

Tiah Tomlin, MS

Human Resource Specialist

Tiah's qualifications as one of TNT's lead instructors is her certificate in Training and Organizational Development from NYU and a Masters in Human Resource Development and Organizational Management from Manhattanville College. She has extensive experience in instructional design, facilitation, developing and delivering training programs, and conducting needs assessments.  She also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry for six years.


 

Thomas Kersting, PhD

Author, Speaker & Success Coach 

Dr. Kersting holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Counseling & Human Development, a Master's degree in Administration & Supervision, and a PhD in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Samir graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology as an electrical engineer.  He also holds a Professional Engineering license.  His instructional abilities include circuits and systems, fiber optics, digital design, AutoCAD & Microstation (drafting software) and blueprint reading.  Sam also possesses skills to teach the following: power distribution, Visual, CalaPro & G.E. Aladdin (lighting analysis software), Allen Bradley RSlogix PLC programming, cathodic protection & grounding, lead abatement and hazardous removal.


 

David R. Reed

Director of Strategic Planning

David has over 35 years of sales, sales management and training experience in multiple industries and cultures. He has performed infrastructure design, competency model development, skill assessment, recruitment & retention strategy, gap analysis, course and curriculum design, development and delivery. Prior to joining TNT, David's client list included AT&T, J&J, P&G, the Peoples Republic of China, Czech Republic PTT, Korea Telecom, the Indonesian PTT and numerous Fortune 1000 companies.


 

Robert Peacock

Finance Professional

Robert Peacock started his career in banking in 1982 in the corporate finance departments of Butcher & Singer and Kidder Peabody specializing in commercial bank and thrift financial and capital transactions. He spent 10 years as the CFO of a $1.6 billion thrift institution in NJ. He also worked as a consultant to community banks in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and the New England region. He is well aquatinted with the training requirements within the banking industry including compliance, BSA and AML. He received his B.S. in Finance and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.



 

Wenda O'Neill

Information Technology Specialist 

Wenda has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and business administration.  She has held positions as an IT System Administrator as well as an Accounting Supervisor.  For the past 7 years, Wenda has acted as an IT Help Desk Analyst.  She is also a Certified Microsoft Office instructor.  Wenda's training history includes a multitude of clients in various industries; healthcare, restaurant, hospitality, and professional consulting firms. Her most valued talent is her ability to teach any level or skill-set.
