TNT Educational Services (TNT) is a certified woman-owned small business. Our firm has secured employee training grants for private and public companies, for-profit, non-profit, community and religious based organizations nationwide. Operations began in New Jersey, in 1997, where TNT is on the Eligible Provider List as an approved training vendor by the Department of Labor. To date, TNT has vendor certifications and approvals of vendor-related training throughout the United States.
TNT Educational Services provides educational and vocational training. As a training vendor, TNT’s team is a diverse staff leveraging varied expertise amongst a selection of industries.
We provide over 250 courses in a wide range of disciplines, which maximize efficiency, productivity and profitability. Curriculum is customized to meet the needs of our clients. Training is offered 24 hours per day/ seven days per week with a group of instructors fluent in many different languages. All instructors have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in their target industry. Concerning technical training, TNT affords clients the use of its mobile computer labs.
Over the past 11 years, TNT has successfully secured grant funding to offset the cost of training for our clients. As grant writers, Team TNT has all-embracing experience in successfully securing state, federal and private foundation awards. TNT is formally registered as an educational provider with the U.S. Government. Members of our internal staff include retired or disabled military veterans who have an active secret clearance and are certified government contracting officers; hence, our group has extensive experience in government contracting. As part of our services, TNT manages the grant through compliance, record keeping, administration, measurable outcomes, evaluations, invoicing and final closeout reports. A designated task manager is assigned to work with clients one-to-one until their project has been effectively accomplished.
